Our services cover software support for printers (drivers, network configuration, firmware), email setup and troubleshooting, and virus/malware cleanup, as well as related IT consulting services.
2. Service scope and authorisation
- Remote support is performed only with your explicit consent, and you may end a session at any time.
- You confirm you own or are authorised to request support for the devices and software concerned.
- We will describe the scope of work and any charges before starting paid work.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data before any support work. You agree to provide accurate information and lawful access credentials, and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
4. Payments and refunds
Fees for services are quoted and agreed before work begins. Refunds, where applicable, are assessed case by case if the agreed issue could not be resolved. Diagnostic or completed-work fees may be non-refundable where the service has been fully delivered.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our technicians work to professional standards, we do not warrant that every software issue can be resolved, or that third-party software will remain free of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption or loss of profits, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics and logos (excluding third-party trademarks) — is the property of Global IT Solution and may not be reproduced without written permission.
